At pudding we try to provide sufficient information about our merchandise, if you have any questions prior to purchasing a garment we would be happy to answer them. Simply email word@hellopudding.com . We have an exchange-only policy. If you wish to exchange an item the total amount will be credited towards your next order. Exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances: (1) You have received the wrong merchandise - you did not receive what you ordered as listed in the confirmation email (sent to you when you placed your order). (2) You have ordered the wrong size.If any one of the above instances should occur, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order. pudding must be contacted prior to sending merchandise back. Returned merchandise must arrive back at pudding no more than 20 days from the time you placed your order. All returns must be in 100% new condition, not worn or washed/dry cleaned with all tags in place. Please ensure returned clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. The amount of your exchanged item will be credited towards your next order as we do not offer refunds.

Please note - you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, unless pudding has sent the wrong size or item.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS You may only cancel your order via telephone or e-mail up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel. You are responsible for all shipping costs. pudding may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out and no longer available - in most instances we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to discuss your order. In the event of partial orders, pudding will ship the items in-stock and remove any items out of stock from your order.
