Order Information
HOW TO PURCHASE When you find an item that you like, click the “add to cart” button. The items you have chosen will appear in your cart located to the right of your screen. To finalize your purchase, click “checkout” (at the bottom right hand side of your cart). Please make sure the items, sizes and quantity are correct. If there is a mistake, you can remove the item in the checkout by selecting “remove” or “edit” in your cart (bottom left hand side). Once the order is confirmed, follow the payment instructions to complete your order.
CONFIRMATION Once you have completed entering your address and credit card information press “submit” and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you from PayPal. This will have your order number, complete order details and shipping address. Please print out this document and save it for your records. If there are any mistakes on this e-mail confirmation, please e-mail us at word@hellopudding.com right away.
METHOD OF PAYMENT pudding uses PayPal and accepts any method that PayPal accepts.
PRICING All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars. All articles will be sold at the quoted Canadian price; for US orders the exchange rate will be the rate that PayPal uses at the time of the transaction. Prices listed on the page and in the shopping cart do not include shipping fees. As you check out you will be able to choose the shipping option which best suites you. The final price (including applicable taxes, shipping and exchange rate) will be displayed prior to entering your credit card number and will also be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail.
STOCK AVAILABILITY pudding will keep its stock listing up to date. If, however, stock availability on your order has changed, we will inform you via e-mail with an approximate time frame on a restocking date.
WARRANTY Detailed descriptions (ie: material and measurements) are posted on the page for all items. Should you have any questions in regard to merchandise you are encouraged to e-mail us prior to ordering at word@hellopudding.com .
